Our original design, Queenie Top, Queen Anne Collar Tank Top with Open Back is a sophisticated tank-style sewing pattern that blends vintage-inspired charm with modern wearability. Inspired by the delicate curves of a Queen Anne collar that's drafted separately from the bodice for precise, customisable styling, this  silhouette offers a flattering length that pairs perfectly with high-waisted skirts, trousers, or jeans—ideal for transitional layering or standalone summer chic. The fully lined bodice provides opacity and structure.

You may add bra cups or pads to the lining for ensuring supportive, all-day confidence.
 
The pattern is great for both beginner and experienced sewers and includes a free video tutorial (see below).
